| Hotel: Kalyves Beach Board Basis: board Year: 2008 Month: July Your Rating: 3* Name: Ms D Dereham comments: Recently returned from from a 14 nights break at the Kalyves Beach hotel, my partner and i had booked the half board deal. This a clean hotel, with averge size rooms and facilities and food + drink was also average. This was sold as a 4 star hotel to us, but to be honest we both thought this was a abve average 3 star... let me elobrate on what i mean for example the air con was not working in our room properly, after a few compaints we got moved to another room. The service at this hotel reflects 3 star hotel. Everything about this hotel is around the 3 star mark, has many european mix of tourist. Having said that we should not compiant as we paid a really cheap rates for this hotel, and on that basis we were happy. When you pay 2 star rates and get 3 star hotel you should be happy, only snag was it was sold as 4 star, so our expectation were high...!! |
