All staff members are very well trained and vry friendly and polite, this was our experience from the moment we arrived at the hotel. The rooms we felt were in need of a slight uplift, however having said that they were well maintained and kept very clean on daily basis with bed and towel change. The whole hotel was very well kept and maintained. The restaurant was good and meal times there was plenty of choice to eat and drink. my boyfriend was refused entry on the first night as the rule is "men must wear long trousers" all i would say to those negitive writers is please visit this place before you post you reviews!!!. we would love to come back to this hotel. whoever books will enjoy their stay. thanks sunita sen |
