At first sight there seemed to be quite a lot of choice regarding food. But it was the same kind of food available at each mealtime. Even though we didn’t take children with us I would strongly advise against it. We were there at the end of season when it is much quieter, but it was still noisy in the evenings.” ALL THAT FREE BOOZE” The bedrooms were very dated and are in need of a complete overhaul. But i must add that the rooms were cleaned daily, with towels and bed linen changed. So unless you are going away for a drinking holiday with a lot of mates i would advise to steer clear,coz at the end of the day you get what you pay for. |

We are a family of 4 and stayed at this place from the 28th July to the 4th Aug 07 On are arrival we where given our keys and told where to find our room, we walked in the room on the first floor and saw 4 single beds crammed in a small room, I know what sardines feel like now. A light was hanging off the wall the wardrobe door fell off in my wifes hands, There was a lot of noise outside the room I thought ok they are on holiday they will settle down when it gets late then we can have a good nights sleep; how wrong was I; the noise went on all night people punching and slamming doors, shouting, throwing things, urinating and spitting from the balconies this went on till 06:30, we asked to be moved the next day, they placed us on the top floor the noise was no different this went on every night. The entertainment lol was less to be desired they must of just dragged some one off the street. The food was the same every day just about, if it was left over from the day before they just suck it in a stew and hoped no one would notice. The highlight of this holiday was a fire in a room next to the puddle; I have to call it a puddle, as it’s not big enough to be a swimming pool, any way we was just glad to get home and get some sleep, you work hard and look forward to a well deserved rest please do not waste your hard earned cash on this place I would rather buy a tent and pitch it in the middle of London at rush hour, paddle in a puddle and eat a tramps leftovers at least it will be a little quieter, have a bit more room and the food will have some taste to it. PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE REVEWS ON THIS HOTEL IT IS A HELL HOLE. |

I was there for 1 week with my family, wife, 2 kids, mum and dad and I would have to say this is not a family hotel due to the noise at night and brawls that took place. Room infect the whole hotel was in need of a complete renovation and refurbishment. Food was Ok and plenty of it around, but I have to say you tend to get sick of eating the same food day in day out. rooms were kept clean and tidy on a daily basis, most of the staff were helpful but some were not so helpful. All in all I will be booking this hotel again as I am a family man with kids, if I was 30 years younger and was travelling with a groups of lads and looking for a cheap hotel I would want to come back here, as it looked good fun for the funs lads and lasses. Its say 3 stars. |
