Air con worked like a dream (this was on 24/7). The staff were very friendly and helpful and made both my 12 year old daughter and myself feel welcome and at ease. I especially enjoyed finding great and cheap places to eat, with the help of the Rough Guide. My daughter was a bit dubious at first but was glad at the end that we had been adventurous. We got around using local taxis, which is much more fun. Egypt was a dream holiday for me. The place and the people were wonderful, I enjoyed the food and sitting watching the sun set. |

Hotel exceeded all our expectations and I am fussy. Super rooms . If you book a junior suite you get to eat in The Aquarium restaurant and get VIP status! Lovely pool areas. Immaculate throughout. Proffessional waiters and proper bar service round pools and beach. Good kiddies club although animation team are Russian but very good with kids. Could not fault it. Wanted to cry when I left. Something I haven't done since my teens-a long time ago!!! |

My father booked this hotel as a honeymoon gift. We both checked this hotel on nthe internet anf found good and bad reviews. So we were a little not 100% about this hotel... however once we aririved our doubts were put to rest. This is a fantastic hotel the staff are very friendly. i always follow a rule in life, which is treat other you wish to be treated. if you treat people good they will treat you good. The food was excellent and a plenty of to choise from, local, national and international food was on display. We even got the chef to cook something off the menu food for us...now that was service!!! There are about 6 fantastic swimming pools and there were 2 swimming pools were you can swim upto the bars its easy to get a drink, Please bve aware, we were there in july and it reached around 50 celcius (HOT...HOT...HOT!!!!). word of advise...take loads of sun cream for all. The room was really cosy and there was plenty of rooms for both us and our luggage (my small suitcase and her 2 LARGE suitcases and 2 medium suite case's and vanity box etc etc etc...) We had th suiet booked for us, the room service was very good with the daily sheets change. I can not praise this hotel enough. It catered for all our needs and much much more...i would be very happy to come back here without any hesitation. My special thanks to mohammad for maing our stay that much more pleasent. overall i would say 10/10 for this hotel. |
