comments: Hi HolidayGurdian please can you list the above named hotel and please find my experience listed below.

We were told this was a child friendly place, which is definitely the case.

There are pools with no barrier but with seven feet drops. My 3-year-old daughter slipped and banged her head on some sharp jagged rocks and needed 2 stitches.

The food was appalling; Luke warm kebabs and chewy pasta were the main options from the buffets. we ended up eating out even though we had paid for all inclusive.

The maid service was terrible. You could not relax because they would bang you up at 8 am to give you a bottle of water or walk in whilst you were in the shower to check what you had taken from the mini fridge!

Beautiful in appearance but lots of hidden disappointments. The resort itself was absolutely fantastic for families and couples and especially divers!

Would definitely go back to Sharm only with different operators and to a different hotel.
