We spent 12 nights at the Elba Palace Hotel. The facilities were excellent and the staff were very helpful. Staff were very helpfull and well mannered, Swimming pool good. Golf course average ( i have seen and played on better). Air conditioning units not working as heaters in Feb... Although this is a 4 star hotel, there were some servoce whch lacked the 4 star standard. We were informed these were minor issue due to work being completed recently and i did see many workers trying to resolve these issue, however not during our stay. i would stay at this hotel again. I am sure by the next time we go to this hotel they would have resolved the issue. The good points were the Gastronomy was excellent. Staff gave 110% to satisfy the clients. hotel is well kept and maintained. The bad points were i expected a better golf course, air conditiioning not working 100%, Spa not working (during our stay). |
