The hotel is placed close to the Puerto Calero marina, and just 5km from the Timanfaya National Park. The Puerto del Carmen Shopping Centres is 3km away and the hotel offers a bus service during the day. The distance to Arrecife international airport can be reached in 15 minutes

There are four swimming pools (one seawater, one of which is heated and freshwater and another - also freshwater - for children) are integrated into this 20,000 square metre tropical oasis. The sun-beds and parasols by the pool are at guests’ disposal free of charge, with charge on the beach and pool towels on deposit. Daily comprehensive entertainment programme (daytime and night time) with an entertainment team, live music, dancing and professional shows in the discotheque. For children there is a Mini-club (ages 4 to 7), maxi club (ages 8-12), a teenage-club (ages 13 to 17), and playground.
